The Dancing Center Unlimited is in the business of training talented young dancers. We have been very successful over the past 30 years. Our students have gone on in the college dance world, either on college dance teams or ensembles. Some have done company work while others have landed on Broadway.  Many have gone on to have successful teaching careers.  

The fact is that the majority of students at any dance studio do not go on to have a professional dance career.  So what is there to gain from the countless hours of practice, the financial investment made and the personal sacrifice paid in the pursuit of developing talent in the art of dance? At The DCU we strive to provide our students with not only the technical training to pursue a professional dance career, should they be interested, but more importantly, arm them with essential life skills that lead to success in whatever it is they choose to pursue. 

Wonderful memories are made, lifelong friendships are formed and great work ethics are developed.  Goals are set and young dancers learn to work towards attaining those goals. The DCU provides outstanding technical training in a positive environment that focuses on dependability, punctuality, responsibility, respect and teamwork.  These skills enable our students to excel in every aspect of their lives.  We  have high expectations for our students at The DCU.  High expectations are the launch pad for high achievement.  Our students experience great success in the dance arena.  They are prepared for performance opportunities. They learn first hand that hard work pays off. Much is expected of them and they gain great confidence, self esteem and perspective in the process.
